Joel Zumaya - Detroit Tigers - Injured after pitching fastball! [Video]

Joel Zumaya of theÂ Detroit Tigers seriously injured himself Monday after throwing a 99 MPH fastball during the 8th inning. His right thumb was involuntarily twitching so he must have been in excruciating pain!

We won't know the severity of his injury until after an MRI on Tuesday but you can read all about it over at Yahoo Sports.
