Clint McCance, a School Board Member in Arkansas is preaching hate and homophobia in Arkansas. Â Clint McCance took to his Facebook page to talk about his dislike for people wearing purple last week, and decided to start going on the attack. Â It began by using derogatory terms towards kids that are gay, and ended with his profession that he would like them to all commit suicide. Â It was a serious of comments that really crossed any line of decency, and this is a guy that should be immediately removed as a member of any School Board.

According to Queety.com, Clint  McCance posted, "Seriously they want me to wear purple because five queers committed suicide. The only way im wearin it for them is if they all commit suicide. I cant believe the people of this world have gotten this stupid. We are honoring the fact that they sinned and killed therselves because of their sin. REALLY PEOPLE."
McCance wasn't done there though, because after his public post was responded to by many people that disagreed with him he then went on another incoherent tangent that really showed his lack of intelligence. Â His second post read, "No because being a fag doesn't give you the right o ruin the rest of our lives. It you get easily offended by being caleld a fag then don't tell anyone you are a fag. Keep that shit to yourself. I don't care how people decide to live their lives. They don't bother me if they keep it thereselves. It pisses me off though that we make special purple fag day for them. I like that fags can't procreate. I also enjoy the fact that they often give each other AIDS and die. If you aren't against it, you might as well be for it."
There has been a recent wave of hate crimes around the country, leading to teen suicides that could have been avoided. Â It is hateful people like McCance that really show how hard it is to come out in this country. Â Oh and did we mention that the coward then locked his Facebook page so that people couldn't respond to him after a while?
It's one thing to have certain beliefs, and the First Amendment is there for a reason. Â Hoping people will commit suicide or contract AIDS is something completely different, and this vial human being needs to be sent to live in the middle of the desert, where he can't hurt people with his hate speech.
What do you think about what McCance has to say? Â Would you want him speaking to or representing your children?

This quote seems appropriate here...
“I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ.”
- Mahatma Gandhi
Does anyone know if this disturbing man has actually "officially" resigned? I know he stated on Anderson Cooper/360 that he was resigning, but as of late Friday no one at the school board, including the superintendent had heard from him. I don't believe he will actually resign and instead he will just hope this whole thing blows over first.
