Golf's Senior Open Championship 2011 will be available via live streaming video feed online for free, thanks to ESPN technology. Golf fans will be able to witness the action as it happens online starting Thursday afternoon.
The free live stream will be presented courtesy of ESPN3, starting on Thursday at 12PM EST. This will be coverage of The Senior Open Championship's First Round. Additional "bonus coverage" will occur on Friday starting at 7AM EST, and 12PM EST. There will also be coverage for those who prefer to watch the event on television via ESPN.
Favored to win the tournament this year are Tom Lehman, Nick Price, Tom Watson, John Cook. Others competing in the Senior Open are Bernhardt Langer, Jeff Sluman and Mark Calcavecchia. Langer is the defending champion and will look to repeat despite his recent injury. The tournament will take place until Sunday, July 24th's final round.
