The NBA Playoffs 2012 schedule reveals Game 5 with the Boston Celtics vs. Miami Heat on Tuesday night. This Eastern Conference Finals game will be live streaming online and also shown on television.
The latest Celtics vs. Heat live stream gets started at 8:30PM EST. ESPN will provide coverage on television, while ESPN3/WatchESPN provides their free online streaming service for fans in certain areas of the country. With this service, the game shows online via a high speed internet connection.
ESPN has done a great thing by having this technology available. They not only allow for fans to watch basketball games, but also many other sports. Examples include college football and basketball, Major League Baseball, and international sports like soccer or cricket. They've recently shown the French Open for tennis fans as well.
Tonight's game could be another great one like Game 4 was. This time around both teams will hope their star players can remain in the game for its entirety, since last game saw two big stars foul out. It still made for entertaining action to watch. Miami is also hoping they'll get the services of Chris Bosh again soon, but it appears some believe his return could actually disrupt things. Kevin Garnett has been having a good series though, so having Bosh back wouldn't be too bad of a thing.
However, Miami Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra is being cautious about the return of his star forward though. According to ESPN, he commented:
"It's premature to say he'll definitively play. The reality is that this is not a normal situation. [The situation] is heightened and it is extreme. We have to be judicious in our evaluations."
While the Heat certainly wouldn't mind having a star like Bosh back in the lineup to crash the boards, defend, and score, bringing him back too early could also hurt their success. Some believe it could disrupt the Heat's current team chemistry. Not only that, if he's rushed back into game play, it could aggravate his injury and put him out of action for a longer time. That could end up hurting the Heat should they get to the NBA Finals and need his services.
Remember, tonight's game starts at 8:30PM EST on ESPN. Who will win Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Celtics and Heat?
