The Charlotte Bobcats may be in love with Thomas Robinson when it comes to the 2012 NBA Draft. The team worked out Robinson, Bradley Beal, Harrison Barnes and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, but it seems like the team really likes what Robinson has to offer.
This is where things get tricky, because Robinson could still be on the board when the Cleveland Cavaliers make their pick at No. 4. If Charlotte thinks that they could trade out of the No. 2 pick and then still select Robinson later, a trade could go down in the next 24 hours.

The Cavaliers would be best suited by drafting Beal, but it's very possible that he could get targeted by the Washington Wizards at No. 3 if he is still on the board. Maybe this is how a trade could take place, especially if the Cavaliers want to make sure that they get Beal before Washington even has a chance to make that pick.
The 2012 NBA Draft seems really deep, giving teams in the top 10 a great chance at netting an All-Star on June 28. Now it all comes down to finding the best player that fits each system, and maybe that will lead to an interesting Charlotte Bobcats trade before the big day.
Do you think that Charlotte should just draft Thomas Robinson? Is it smarter for the franchise to trade down and try to get Robinson later?
