The Spurs are going to be active on draft night.
After being bounced out of the NBA Playoffs in the Western Conference Finals by the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Spurs are looking to make some moves to re tool and re-load their roster to make another title run next year. With their big three in Tim Duncan, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili all under contract, the Spurs will look to moves the pieces around them.

According to RealGM, one of the players the Spurs are open to shopping is DeJuan Blair. The Spurs drafted Blair in the second year a few years back and he fell out of the rotation this year, and just wasn't able to find his niche. The Spurs have some players from overseas that they would like to bring over and they need a roster spot.
The Spurs own draft rights to several European players that they have allowed to stay overseas and work on their game, and now with them being ready to come to the NBA, the Spurs will need roster spots and so Blair is the odd man out. It's quite obvious the Spurs will move Blair for perhaps a draft pick or cash but they most likely won't trade for another player.
