Day 3 of the men's basketball Olympics schedule 2012 features games with only four undefeated teams remaining. Here is the schedule for Day 3 of Olympic basketball play.
4:00 a.m. ET - France vs. Lithuania: France comes into Game 2 with only a loss to the United States in their first game and a tough 71-64 win over Argentina in Game 2. Tony Parker leads France against Lithuania, who lost in the first round but rebounded to beat Nigeria, 72-53.
6:15 a.m. ET - Australia vs. China: Australia and China remain winless in the 2012 Summer Olympics and face off in Game 3. Russia blew out China in Game 2 after a tough game with Spain to lead things off. Australia kept it close to Brazil and also lost to Spain in Olympics play.
9:30 a.m. ET - Argentina vs. Tunisia: Tunisia fell to Team USA by 47 points to stay winless in their first trip to Olympics basketball action. Argentina is 1-1 after a tough loss to France. Tunisia has scored 118 points in their first two games while Argentina has put up 166. Manu Ginobili leads a unit that is too much for Tunisia to handle.
11:45 a.m. ET - Brazil vs. Russia: Russia takes on Brazil in the only game featuring two undefeated teams on Day 3. Brazil beat Australia and Great Britain by single digits while Russia blew out Great Britain and China by 20 and 19 respectively. Andrei Kirilenko leads Russia in what will be the best game of Day 3.
3:00 p.m. ET - Spain vs. Great Britain: Spain remains the favorite in Group B while Great Britain has lost to Russia and Brazil. Pau Gasol, Marc Gasol and Serge Ibaka will be too much for Great Britain.
5:15 p.m. ET - United States vs. Nigeria: The last game of the day pits Team USA against Nigeria. Nigeria beat Tunisia in the first game and lost to Lithuania in Game 2. While the last game on the men's basketball Olympics schedule 2012 features Team USA, Nigeria will not pose a threat.
