The ceremonies will begin on Sunday, August 12, at 7 P.M. Eastern Time in the United States and can be viewed on NBC. They will be held at the Olympic stadium in London.
There are a lot of people wondering who will be performing at the ceremony and while nothing has been completely confirmed, the AP is reporting that One Direction, The Spice Girls, Paul McCartney, The Who, Muse, George Michaels and more will be making appearances.
The closing ceremony will also feature many traditional things such as the raising of the flags and the marching of the athletes, which will be fun to watch since the athletes are what make the games what they are.
