WWE SummerSlam 2012 Results Decided for Live Streaming Online Championship Match

The WWE SummerSlam 2012 results have been decided for an early championship match already. The latest winner came during WWE's special live streaming online pre-show via YouTube and featured the United States Championship up for grabs between two superstars.

The early SummerSlam results are for the US title match with Santino Marella defending his title against Antonio Cesaro. In the matchup, Cesaro had the services of WWE diva Aksana, as she was ringside in a gorgeous red skirt. That proved to be a distraction later on for Santino. Also, Cesaro was smart as he managed to get rid of The Cobra sock that Santino keeps in his wrestling tights. However, Santino had a backup which he pulled out later. Even so, Aksana got on the apron and her distracting tactics were enough for Cesaro to hit Santino with a "Neutralizer" finisher. Now Cesaro is the brand new United States Champion.

This match was merely a warmup for the big event which will be underway in Los Angeles, California. Could this be a precursor of more title changes to come on the WWE SummerSlam 2012 results? There's at least four more championships on the line, including the WWE and World Heavyweight Titles, as well as the fact Dolph Ziggler is hanging around with the Money in the Bank briefcase. It should be interesting to see which other championship(s) switch possession before SummerSlam is over!
