It's Seattle Seahawks vs. Atlanta Falcons in the 2013 NFL Playoffs. Seattle took down the NFC East champion Washington Redskins on Sunday evening, sending them to the second round of the NFC Playoffs.
The win was an impressive one, not just because of the final score, but because a rookie quarterback (Russell Wilson) was leading the charge. After falling behind 14-0 very early, the Seahawks offense and defense really began clicking. Marshawn Lynch ran for 131 yards on just 19 carries, and Wilson rushed for 67 yards and also passed for another 187 yards. It all led to a nice 24-14 win for the wild card road team.

Atlanta didn't nab the No. 1 seed in the NFC by luck and this is a very difficult match-up for any opponent. With all the weapons that Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan has to work with, the defense of the Seahawks is going to have their work cut out for them. After shutting down Robert Griffin III, the Seahawks defense will certainly be riding a lot of momentum.
The Seattle vs. Atlanta game could potentially turn into a very high scoring game and give fans a lot of excitement that tune in to watch the game. The game itself takes place on Sunday, Jan. 13 in Atlanta. Coverage will be provided by FOX at 1 p.m. ET. That's a tough early start for the Seahawks, especially coming from the deep Pacific Northwest.
Do you think the Seattle Seahawks vs. Atlanta Falcons game in the 2013 NFL Playoffs will be extremely exciting? Any predictions on a final score?
